The Founding Council will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Preparing the constitution, internal regulations and organisational policies.
- Establishing membership criteria and launching the membership registration process.
- Designing the mechanism for electing the Board of Directors.
- Supervising communication and engagement with members of the community.
- Establishing the organisation’s official communication channels, including its website, email and social-media platforms.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, financial and data-protection requirements.
- Preparing the documents required to convene the first General Assembly.
